Mashed Vegetables

Choose any vegetable that is in season or on special!


  1. Steam, microwave or boil until soft.
  2. Allow to cool, then mash.
  3. Add cool, boiled water, breast milk or infant formula to get desired consistency.

  • Carrot and pea
  • Orange sweet potato and spinach

  • Mix mashed vegetables with an iron enriched infant cereal.
  • Do not add salt, sugar, honey, butter or margarine.
