Basic difficulty | Good source of calcium and iron
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon margarine
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and milk lightly with a fork.
Melt the margarine in a small saucepan or non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
Pour egg mixture into pan and cook, stirring until egg is almost set. Add in cheese and stir through to melt.
- Add vegetables like steamed spinach, grated zucchini, creamed corn, chopped tomatoes or mushrooms.
